Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Dathent.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Dathent on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Use of service
You may use Dathent only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the service — this includes attempting to break our security, generating content that violates third-party rights, or running automated abuse against our APIs.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms or putting other customers at risk.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at security@dathent.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Workspace owners are responsible for the actions of users they invite to their workspace, including their use of credits and integrations.
Payments & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All fees are stated in your billing settings and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Content ownership
You own the content you submit to Dathent and the outputs the service generates from it, subject to your underlying rights to the inputs.
You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and display your content solely so we can provide the service to you and your workspace.
Subscription & renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel any time from billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and are not generally provided for partial periods.
Termination
You may stop using Dathent at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, prolonged non-payment, or to comply with the law.
On termination, the rights granted to you under these terms end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dathent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
